Privacy policy

When you send the partner inquiry form we collect: company name, country and city, contact person, WeChat ID, email address, phone number, the treatments your clients ask for, expected patients per month, and your message.

We do not collect patients' medical information through this website.

We use the information to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a partnership with you. We do not use it for anything else.

We keep inquiry records for one year, then delete them. If the inquiry leads to a contract, the contract sets its own retention terms.

MedGo Global is based in the Republic of Korea. Sending the form transfers your information to Korea.

We use these service providers to run the site: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States), Google LLC (the spreadsheet that stores inquiry records, United States) and Slack Technologies, LLC (staff notifications, United States).

The Slack notification normally contains your company name and country only. If saving to the spreadsheet fails, the full inquiry is sent to Slack as a backup so that it is not lost.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Contact the privacy officer below and we will respond without delay.
